Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and coordinate compliance programs at various clients
  • Conduct assessments and audits to improve compliance and EHS culture
  • Provide employee and supervisory training and coaching
  • Conduct employee exposure and environmental monitoring with guidance from our team of CIHs and Environmental Engineers
  • Build relationships through effective communication and responsiveness
  • Work independently to support company and client initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in safety compliance
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a safety related field
  • Experience implementing EHS programs in manufacturing or heavy industry environments
  • Lead a strong team to success
  • Manage key client relationships
  • Sustain the customers we have and expand the services you have with them
  • Conduct hands on high level technical work
  • Experience as a key contact with operations management
  • Organize, facilitate, and manage meetings and tasks
  • Experience with writing clear and concise reports
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Certification in a related area (ASP, GSP or OHST)
  • Experience as a consultant supporting various clients
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations
